I worked closely with Mallory when she assisted in coordinating transportation for our Head Start program through a contract with Jackson Public Schools.I was extremely impressed with Mallory’s attention to detail, communication, organizational and problem solving abilities. In my opinion, Mallory assumed a leadership role that exceeded her position. She initiated and was responsive to implementing processes that simplified work for staff and improved service for children and families.I highly recommend Mallory Avis for employment. Mallory came to our department eager to face any challenge presented to her. She not only accomplished all of the tasks assigned to her, she also made many innovative, time saving, money saving changes to our operation. Mallory's pleasant personality is one of her biggest assets. She handles people, in very stressful situations, with absolute professionalism and can always be counted on to diffuse a potentially explosive situation. Mallory's knowledge and eagerness to learn more contributes to her overall outstanding dedication to everything she does.
