Serves as the inaugural Executive Director of the Transportation Authority of Calhoun County, leading the implementation of a regional vision for mobility and public transportation services throughout Calhoun County.
Key Responsibilities and Accomplishments:
- Lead strategic, operational, and financial management of the regional transportation authority.
- Advise and support the Authority Board in governance, policy development, long-range planning, and organizational growth.
- Oversee implementation of countywide transportation initiatives designed to improve access to employment, healthcare, education, and essential services.
- Manage relationships with local governments, community organizations, funding partners, and regional stakeholders.
- Guide organizational development efforts as the Authority transitions from concept to implementation.

Public Transit Director
City of Battle Creek Battle Creek

Directed all aspects of public transportation operations, planning, capital investments, budgeting, grant administration, and community engagement for the City of Battle Creek's transit system.

- Led one of the region's most significant public transportation transformations through service improvements, strategic planning, and operational enhancements.
- Secured and administered more than $20 million in federal, state, and local funding supporting fleet modernization, infrastructure improvements, technology investments, and service expansion.
- Played a central leadership role in the development and creation of a countywide transportation authority serving Calhoun County.
- Facilitated collaboration among municipal leaders, county officials, community organizations, and residents to build support for regional transportation solutions.
- Directed annual operating and capital budgets while ensuring compliance with federal and state transportation regulations.
